Job Description

Role Purpose (Why do we need this role)

This position plays a key role in supporting the design, administration, and timely delivery of compensation and benefits programs. The eventual candidate will need to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing total rewards processes, contribute to fair and competitive practices that supports attracting and retaining talents, keeping employees engaged and contributing to wider organizational success.

Role Accountabilities (What is this role responsible for delivering)

Compensation Administration

  • Support annual compensation review cycles, including increments, bonuses, AWS and ex-gratia payments across all employee groups.
  • Administer Restricted Shares Plan (RSP) and related reporting in collaboration with Finance and external vendor.
  • Coordinate and prepare salary survey submissions.
  • Data mining of market best practices, prepare data-driven insights for Compensation programs.

Benefits Administration

  • Front employee and union enquiries related to medical and insurance benefits.
  • Participate in benefits re-marketing and insurance renewals.
  • Support the team with invoice processing and system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Recognition & Total Rewards Projects

  • Support the team for Rewards events such as Long Service awards.
  • Administer fringe benefits programs such as Holiday Subsidies, Bursary awards.
  • Assist with Digitalization projects.
  • Partner with Total Rewards teammates to drive operational excellence projects.

Key Qualifications & Skills (What knowledge will ensure success in the role)

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company (MNC). Prior aviation or engineering industry experience will be advantageous.
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and proven experience handling large datasets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and think on your feet to resolve employee queries.
  • Capable of functioning independently and manage work priorities.
  • Experience using HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors is a plus.

Applicants may be placed in the position of Supervisor or Senior Officer depending on experience and qualifications.
