Senior/Officer, Component Services (Reliability & Modification Management)

This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain valuable experience and establish a strong footing in the aviation industry. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including service delivery, data analysis, continuous improvement and resource management. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage resources and assets, explore innovative technologies, and monitor and control costs, all while maintaining a keen understanding of business financials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting Administrative Officer, Component Services (Reliability & Modification Management) in the following duties:-

• Assisting Administrative Officer (AO) in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables modifications for SIAEC's Inventory Technical Management (ITM) Customers together with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of off-wing rotables inventory pool for compliance with Airworthiness Directives together with internal stakeholders.
• Assisting AO in the monitoring and tracking of seed units that have been taken from OEMs for modification programmes.
• Assisting AO in the extracting and reviewing of components removal data/shop finding for the monitoring of the components reliability performance.
• Preparing of ITM customers components reliability performance report to the for review.
• Coordinating with relevant internal stakeholders to attain and review removal data from ITM customers for the identification and management of potential rogue units.
• Compiling of data required for the analysis of the component reliability evaluations.
• Monitoring and managing of administrative matters for the team's General Staffs (GS).
• Any other duties assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma with minimum 3 years working experience preferred.
• Prior working experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not necessary.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to integrate multiple ideas and information from across various fields.
• Experience with SAP, Data Visualization Tools and Process enhancement skills is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish team effectiveness and manage partnerships to create a cooperative working environment which enables the achievement of goals.
