About Our Client

Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations for a corporate office environment, including electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, lighting, plumbing, and related services.
- Perform regular site checks and inspections to confirm all building and office systems are operating reliably.
- Provide facilities support for IT/server room areas, covering power continuity, cooling, FM-200 / pre-action fire suppression systems, and environmental monitoring.
- Manage access control (door/card systems), including coordination for after-hours access and support when required.
- Supervise CCTV administration, such as system health monitoring, retrieving recordings, and liaising with external security providers.
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance and arrange timely corrective works with vendors and building management.
- Handle vendor and contractor coordination, including incident tracking and follow-up to closure.
- Ensure workplace safety, fire readiness, and audit requirements are met in accordance with Singapore standards and practices.
- Support office moves, space planning, workstation setups, and internal relocations in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact with the landlord/building management, service providers, and internal teams for operational matters and escalations.
- Maintain overall office upkeep - ensuring a comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
- Track facility-related budgets, contracts, service agreements, and maintenance records/documentation.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Office Administrator (Facilities) should have:
- At least 4 years of experience in facilities operations or corporate real estate, ideally in financial services or technology-driven workplaces.
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical distribution, UPS and generator systems, HVAC, and fire suppression solutions.
- Practical experience with access control systems and CCTV operations.
- Exposure to vendor management, building management systems (BMS), and compliance/audit documentation.
- Advanced Excel capability, including formulas, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with upper management.
