Senior Mechanical Engineer - ACMV, Jap MNC, Jurong East

Key Responsibilities

. Lead the design and development of ACMV systems (chilled water, VRV/VRF, ventilation)

. Perform cooling load calculations and equipment sizing

. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications

. Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

. Oversee installation, testing & commissioning (T&C) of ACMV systems

. Ensure compliance with local codes and standards such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA), National Environment Agency (NEA), and relevant SS standards

. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

. Drive energy efficiency improvements and sustainability initiatives

Requirements

. Possess min Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services/ Environmental Engineering

. Possess min Diploma in Mechanical or Specialist Diploma in Building Service or Diploma in Facility Management

. Minimum 8 to 10 years related experience.

. Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, air distribution, and ventilation design

. Strong project management and coordination skills

. Good communication skill
