We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects within our organisation. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Applicants with relevant experience but at a more junior level may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of Project Management relating to Electrical Engineering Services
- Budgetary cost control for projects
- Generate Cost-effective Designs and Construction solutions involving Electrical Services for Building and Infrastructure works
- Co-ordination and liaison with Clients, Consultants, Architect, Authorities and Project Teams
- Perform monthly checking, inspection, testing and maintenance of all electrical tools, equipment and machinery on site
- Undertake or carry out installation for electrical works including testing and commissioning.
- Liaise and assist Professional Electrical Engineer to carry out installation, testing and commissioning for electrical services
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Certified EMA Electrical Worker License (EMA LEW Grade 8 or 9) with min 6 yrs of relevant work experience in similar capacity.
- Effective communication and negotiation skill with knowledge of the cost and pricing technique
- Highly motivated and possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently in a challenging environment
