Job Summary
We seek a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive business growth for our restaurant and catering services across Singapore and India. This role requires a dynamic professional with extensive marketing expertise and a passion for delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and catering services to diverse client segments including travel agents and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer engagement and business opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams by organizing workloads, allocating tasks, and managing individual and team performance to achieve operational excellence
- Generate qualified sales leads and conduct sales calls to convert prospects into customers
- Analyze marketing ROI using appropriate methods to optimize campaign effectiveness and resource allocation
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decisions
- Identify and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and customer service levels
- Oversee daily office operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth functioning
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Apply regional expertise in Rajasthan and Gujarat to customize marketing plans and itineraries for individual, corporate, and group tours, incorporating logistics support such as drivers, tour guides, and accommodation
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience: Senior roles typically require 5+ years of specialized experience, while entry-level positions often seek 1-2 years.
- Cuisine Market Mastery: Deep knowledge of Rajasthani and often Gujarati culinary traditions, including seasonal and festive thali preparations varities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Soft Skills: Must demonstrate a polite, respectful demeanor and a well-groomed appearance, as the role often involves direct interaction with family members.
Language: Fluency in Hindi is usually essential knowledge of Rajasthani dialects is a significant plus.
