Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage the marketing budget, coordinate campaigns with sales, and report on key performance metrics with ROI analysis.
- Develop pricing strategies for products and services, determine budgets, and set targets.
- Build strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, vendors, and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and report on marketing communications effectiveness across organic and paid channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation, and copywriting.
- Collaborate with design agencies and assist with product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance product development.
- Create engaging content for the website and blog to drive conversions.
- Assist in product development, licensing, and accreditation.
- Provide feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring PSI preparations are finalized.
- Collaborate with sales to analyze forecasts and track monthly and annual sales achievements.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Management/ Business
- Minimum 3-5years of marketing work experience preferably in the Home Appliance industry.
- Ability to work in teams and individual effort to execute marketing task assigned.
- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and business associate.
- Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Marketing Planning and Execution.
