Role Overview
You will contribute to end-to-end marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, social media, content development,partnerships, PR/KOL management, and advertising. The role requires strong organisation, good creative judgment, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand and Content
. Support brand development across all touchpoints.
. Manage social media planning, content coordination, and community engagement.
. Execute simple paid social activities on Meta (boosting, basic campaign setup) based on provided strategy.
. Assist in content creation including copywriting, briefing designers, and overseeing production.
. Contribute to merchandise concepts and brand-led creative assets.
PR, KOL, and Partnerships
. Assist with PR coordination, media engagement, and agency communication.
. Manage influencer/KOL outreach and content deliverables.
. Support the identification and coordination of brand partnerships.
Campaigns and Projects
. Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns such as menu launches, seasonal activations, collaborations, and in-store events.
. Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and agencies.
. Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials.
Analytics & Reporting
. Compile marketing data to evaluate campaign results and customer engagement.
. Prepare weekly or monthly reports for internal review.
. Use insights to support optimisation of future initiatives.
Requirements:
. 2-4 years of marketing experience in consumer brands, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, or F&B.
. Strong understanding of brand and social media.
. Good copywriting and content planning skills.
. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
. Comfortable with campaign planning and working with agencies.
. Basic understanding of analytics and performance marketing.
. Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently when needed.
