You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and performance across all business verticals - New & Used Car Sales, Workshop & Insurance Claims, Leasing & Rental, Insurance Sales, and Vehicle Financing.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of managing digital marketing campaigns, crafting engaging content, and analysing results to generate measurable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on brand visibility and business expansion.
Responsibilities
. Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) to maximise ROI.
. Create engaging copy, visuals, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
. Analyse campaign results using marketing analytics tools and produce actionable insights.
. Coordinate events, roadshows, and marketing activations from planning to execution.
. Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.
. Liaise with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure campaign success.
. Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and compliance
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree
. Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing or content creation.
. Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or YouTube Ads.
. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative design sensibilities.
. Comfortable being featured in videos or marketing content when needed.
. Data-driven, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
. Excellent communication and project management skills.
. Experience in the automotive sector will be a plus.
