About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Executive (Content) to join our team. This role blends content production, digital marketing, website management, and event support, with a strong focus on storyboarding and end-to-end content creation. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Content Production
- Lead the storyboarding process: conceptualize narratives and visual flow for all video and creative content, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Plan, script, and storyboard content for campaigns, social media, events, and marketing materials.
- Film and produce short-form and long-form video content (reels, stories, vlogs, event coverage, testimonials, etc.).
- Edit content (video, photo, graphics) and enhance content to create high-quality, engaging outputs tailored to each platform.
- Write captions, copy, and hooks that resonate with different audiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
- Stay updated with digital and creative trends, testing new formats and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
- Collaborate with clinical and internal teams to ensure content is accurate, credible, and audience-appropriate.
- Coordinate with internal and external production partners where necessary.
Social Media & Analytics
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Schedule postings across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Optimize each piece of content for the platform's best practices (hashtags, SEO, timing, thumbnails, tagging).
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community to foster positive interactions.
- Monitor, track, and report content performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and emerging formats.
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Test, refine, and scale content strategies based on data insights.
Website Management
- Update and maintain website content, including text, images, videos, and creating new landing pages, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search visibility and drive traffic.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for website design or technical updates.
- Monitor website performance and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance user experience.
Manage e-commerce processes, including product listings, promotions, purchase logistics, and monthly reporting for accounting and management. - Ensure information is user-friendly, up to date, and aligned with brand identity.
Marketing & Event Management
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and client acquisition.
- Provide creative input and insights during strategic planning to ensure campaigns are innovative, engaging, and effective.
Design and refine presentation decks and other marketing collateral. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign deliverables (e.g., banners, websites, eDMs, partnerships).
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, participant registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless and impactful event experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative content aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Proven experience in content creation, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and publishing across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Experience in website management, including updating content, creating landing pages, and basic SEO optimization.
- Experience in events management is a plus.
- Possess project management skills, a self-starter, and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
