About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive (B2B Growth) to take ownership of our corporate demand generation efforts and drive pipeline growth for our training solutions.

This role is suited for someone who understands how to market to business decision-makers and can translate strategy into execution. You will be responsible for developing B2B campaigns, creating high-impact content, and activating partnerships that generate qualified leads.

You will work closely with the Digital & Growth Marketing Manager and collaborate with the performance marketing team to align on paid campaigns, while owning the strategy, messaging, and assets that power B2B growth.

What You Will Do

B2B Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies across organic, paid, and partnership channels
  • Drive qualified lead pipeline and support revenue growth targets
  • Work closely with sales stakeholders to align marketing efforts with pipeline and conversion goals
  • Continuously optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and cost efficiency

Content & Campaign Assets (B2B Focus)

  • Create and manage B2B marketing assets including case studies, whitepapers, lead magnets, pitch decks, EDMs, and LinkedIn content
  • Develop messaging that resonates with HR leaders, L&D teams, and business decision-makers
  • Ensure all assets are clear, compelling, and aligned with brand positioning
  • Brief and collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution

Events, Workshops & Partnerships

  • Plan and lead B2B workshops and webinars as key lead generation channels
  • Manage end-to-end coordination with speakers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Build and manage partnerships to support co-marketing initiatives and expand reach
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to drive incremental pipeline growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Proven track record in executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline or lead outcomes
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear value propositions
  • Experience creating B2B content and campaign assets targeting corporate decision-makers
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B digital channels
  • Experience in webinars, workshops, or event-led lead generation is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and optimise campaigns
  • Self-driven, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
