Job Description

  • Position: Sales Manager (Regional)

  • Location: Tuas (walking distance from Tuas Crescent MRT)

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus + Staff Benefits

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Professional hygiene consumables

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the whole sales cycle from identifying sales opportunities, submission of proposals to the signing of contracts

  • Fully responsible to achieve the assigned sales budget

  • Prospect new enterprise accounts and explore new business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the market

  • Develop long-term relationships with existing accounts and grow demands

  • Measure sales performance with existing accounts and develop action plans to increase sales revenue

  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly sales report to management

  • Must be able to lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

  • Overseas travelling is mandatory

  • At least 2 years experience in the sales of industrial products (preferably consumables)

  • Class 3 driving license with own vehicle preferred
