We're looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Manager to lead revenue expansion, customer
acquisition, and customer retention across all our channels. You'll own the full growth funnel and work
cross-functionally to scale our impact internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy across paid, organic, partnerships, and
community channels
- Drive scalable user acquisition across Shopify, Shopee, and TikTok Shop while optimizing CAC
and LTV
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives (email, CRM, and loyalty programs) to reduce churn and
increase repeat purchase rates
- Identify and test new growth opportunities through performance marketing, influencer collabs,
affiliates, and retail activations
- Use data to track funnel performance, run experiments, and optimise growth levers
- Forecast growth budgets, set KPIs, and ensure sustainable ROI on spend
- Manage and mentor a lean, high-performing team spanning performance, retention, and analytics
Qualifications
- Experience in growth, performance marketing, or D2C e-commerce.
- Proven track record scaling a D2C brand (preferably in health, wellness, or beauty).
- Deep understanding of digital performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Shopify
analytics)
- Experience with online marketing places (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada)
- Experience leading retention and lifecycle campaigns (Klaviyo, Recharge, etc.)
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- Strong balance of creativity and commercial sense; comfortable blending brand and performance.
