Job Responsibilities
- Analyzing current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Leading cross-functional teams to execute process improvement initiatives
- Developing and maintaining detailed process documentation
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of improvements
- Training and coaching staff on best practices and improvement techniques
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., power BI or tableau).
