Job Description

Our client is a leading player in its industry and is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Manager to join its HR team. Reporting to the Head of Rewards, this role will support the design and implementation of performance, compensation, and benefits policies and frameworks.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the annual performance and compensation review cycle, including salary planning, budgeting, market benchmarking, reporting, and stakeholder advisory.
  • Partner with the Rewards Head to develop and enhance performance, compensation, and benefits frameworks.
  • Manage compensation surveys, conduct market benchmarking and analysis, provide rewards recommendations, and guide junior team members.
  • Provide data-driven insights through compensation analytics, reporting and trend analysis
  • Support Rewards-related and Group-wide projects as required.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with strong depth in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Demonstrates integrity, accountability, collaboration and a results-driven mindset
