Senior Manager - Total Rewards - Financial Services - Singapore

An established Financial Service Organization is looking for a Senior Manager - Total Rewards to join their highly collaborative team and be part of their exciting transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Rewards professional who enjoys balancing strategic policy design with hands-on execution across Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the annual Performance Management and Compensation Review cycle across the Group, including budgeting, data consolidation, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare insights and reports for Senior Management and Board-level remuneration discussions.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits trends, providing recommendations that support business objectives and drive desired organizational behaviors.
  • Contribute to Group-wide HR and Rewards transformation initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Business-related field
  • 8–12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or Performance Management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior leaders.
  • Experience within a listed company or large regional organization will be highly advantageous.
