Our Client:

Our client is a leading fintech company dedicated to helping companies to increase their digital payment performance and capabilities. They are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager to join our growing technology organization. This role combines strategic Total Rewards expertise with HR Business Partnering, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders while driving competitive compensation strategies, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the company's compensation philosophy, salary structures, job grading framework, and total rewards programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure remuneration remains competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Lead annual salary review, bonus planning, incentive programs, and promotion exercises across the organization.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide recommendations on compensation, retention packages, and new hire offers.
  • Ensure internal pay equity and governance while maintaining compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, wellness initiatives, leave benefits, and retirement plans.
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, insurers, and benefits providers to optimize program effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Drive employee communication and education initiatives to improve awareness and understanding of total rewards offerings.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop people strategies that support business growth.
  • Provide strategic HR advisory on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, leadership development, and change management.
  • Support organizational restructuring and workforce transformation initiatives where required.
  • Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to identify trends and recommend HR solutions that improve organizational performance.

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

HR Projects & Governance

  • Lead regional and cross-functional HR projects related to total rewards, HR transformation, and process improvements.
  • Review and enhance HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to support business scalability.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR programs and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor HR metrics and market trends to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Candidates from Consulting Companies is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with significant expertise in Compensation & Benefits and HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, job architecture, and total rewards design.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions that support business objectives.
  • Experience leading annual compensation review cycles, bonus planning, and employee benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and talent management.
  • Experience working in a technology, fintech, digital, or other fast-paced, high-growth environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and market data to support business decisions.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and capable of balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
