Senior Manager, Supply Chain Logistics Management (Asia)

Job Description

• Develop and execute the business development strategy to drive supply chain logistics market share growth and profitability in Asia.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to refine go-to-market strategies in Asia.
• Undertake strategic projects on corporate development and growth at CWT HQ corporate level.
• Build domain knowledge of Asia region development, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
• Design and implement solutions that will assist in the Group's efforts in new product/ service launches in Asia.
• Improve profitability through strategic procurement, and/or optimising costs by collaborating with the Group members.
• Assist the Senior Management Team in the day-to-day operational management and special projects in Asia, as and when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with stakeholders.
