About Our Client

Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including demand and supply planning, logistics, warehousing and customer service across APAC.
- Manage forecasting and production planning, ensure inventory optimization, and lead monthly S&OP meetings to align with customer demand and business targets.
- Supervise freight operations, shipment planning and compliance, manage budgets and supplier performance, and improve warehouse utilization and efficiency.
- Deliver OTIF targets, streamline order-to-cash processes and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Manage a sizeable team of across APAC, build talent pipelines and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify optimization opportunities, adopt global best practices and leverage SAP ERP and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with hands-on experience in logistics and warehousing operations.
- Deep understanding of supply chain costs, KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and planning systems knowledge of AI applications in supply chain is a plus.
- Customer-centric approach with expertise in order-to-cash processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaborative leadership skills.
