Job Description

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Lead and optimize warehouse operations across multiple sites
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and space utilization
  • Implement best practices in safety, efficiency, and compliance

Logistics & Distribution


  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL relationships
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers and distributors
  • Monitor transportation KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Customer Service Operations


  • Oversee customer service teams to ensure high responsiveness and satisfaction
  • Develop service standards and escalation protocols
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to align service levels with customer expectations

Strategic Supply Chain Leadership


  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth
  • Lead S&OP processes and demand planning initiatives
  • Drive digital transformation and automation across supply chain functions

Team Leadership & Development


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Procurement & Supply Chain Professional Should Have

  • Experience in procurement or supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

What's on Offer


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in FMCG or high-volume consumer goods environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse systems, logistics networks, and customer service operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
