Job Description
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Lead and optimize warehouse operations across multiple sites
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock rotation, and space utilization
- Implement best practices in safety, efficiency, and compliance
Logistics & Distribution
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including 3PL relationships
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers and distributors
- Monitor transportation KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Customer Service Operations
- Oversee customer service teams to ensure high responsiveness and satisfaction
- Develop service standards and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align service levels with customer expectations
Strategic Supply Chain Leadership
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth
- Lead S&OP processes and demand planning initiatives
- Drive digital transformation and automation across supply chain functions
Team Leadership & Development

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Procurement & Supply Chain Professional Should Have
- Experience in procurement or supply chain management within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
What's on Offer

- Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in FMCG or high-volume consumer goods environment
