Job Summary:
The role is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the School's risk management and compliance framework, ensuring robust governance, effective internal controls and regulatory adherence across the School. The role reports to Director of Business Development on risk matters, while reporting to the CEO on compliance matters.
The appointee will build and drive a strong risk and compliance culture across the School, facilitating Board-level reporting to ensure standards of governance, and partnering with leadership to proactively manage operational risks.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Law, Compliance or related discipline.
At least 8 years of related experience.
Proven ability to use initiative, assume responsibility for tasks and projects, and to resolve problems.
Experience of working with senior management and be analytical, yet practical.
Strong leadership, excellent relationship building and people management skills.
Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
