Job Scope:
- Integrate risk considerations that aligns with Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework into institutional strategy and transformation
- Lead horizon scanning and emerging risk analysis
- Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) aligning to Balanced Scorecard metrics
- Facilitate enterprise risk discussions at various levels and management platforms
- Provide strategic insights across domains
- Translate complex risks into clear, actionable narratives
- Act as the risk advisor to various operating departments and promote risk awareness and accountability amongst management and staff.
- Provide training and educational programs on risk management practices to promote a culture of safety, quality, and risk awareness among staffs at all levels.
- Provide secretariat support for Risk Management Committee (or equivalent) meetings.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, investigations, and administrative duties, where required.

- Support risk assessments, incident reviews, and advisory
- Build relationships to drive ownership and accountability
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in any relevant field
- Min. 3-4 years experience in relevant position
- Preferably with hospital experience
