Senior Manager, Project Operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the deployment and implementation of agreed solutions, ensuring compliance with business-mandated processes.
• Manage a variety of projects, including new business implementations, organic growth, site consolidations/migrations, operations remediation, WMS migrations, automation implementations, and other large logistics initiatives.
• Follow the CLDM process to ensure consistent and successful new business implementations.
• Provide practical guidance and recommendations to project teams to improve execution and deliverables.
• Manage key project disciplines, including scope management, schedule adherence, resource allocation, budget oversight, procurement, and risk management.
• Ensure quality management across all projects, ensuring deliverables meet established standards and expectations.
• Lead stakeholder management and communication efforts, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement data-driven, evidence-based solutions to improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with support functions to enhance operational and commercial performance at target sites.
• Drive continuous improvement through training in project management, leadership, operations, technology, and other business-critical areas to align personal and organizational growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Business Management, or a relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management/Implementation, particularly within Warehouse and 3PL Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid commercial and technical understanding, specifically in a 3PL environment.
• Excellent persuasive skills for presenting proposed solutions to customers when required.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) and Lean/Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) certification are advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project management tools.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of solving problems independently with minimal supervision.
