Project managing the integration and delivery of infrastructure, network and systems in complex multi-platform and multi-product environments. Projects likely to have multiple external and internal stakeholders within project with resourcing from cross functional internal groups and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accuracy, timeliness and completeness in the procurement and delivery of projects materials.
- Managing project internal resources and vendors to meet project schedule.
- Managing variations to scope following the change management process.
- Responding and handling escalations timely and to closure.
- Responding and managing incidents reporting during a project.
- Resolve conflicts in cross functional resourcing within and across projects.
- Produce and conduct kick-off presentation, project meetings, project and resource scheduling with Customer.
- Maintain an engagement operating rhythm with Customer and responsible for Customer satisfaction.
- To deliver project reporting and technical documentation as per schedule with reporting and documentation strictly adhering to the company standard and meeting the quality required for the stated project.
- To be on-site to direct and govern technical deployment when necessary.
- Completing of projects within budget and schedule.
- To participate and support Sales at the contract bid phase.
Certification - Candidate must possess valid PMP or CITPM certifications.
Skillsets:
- At least 7 years of project management experience in ICT.
- A highly motivated individual who is an expert in planning, tracking, monitoring, reporting, and closing of projects.
- Technical ability to understand integrated environment deployment design, and good understanding of industry leading networking and systems technology and products.
- Engineering background and understanding of patch cabling is a plus.
- An expert in all aspect of vendor management.
- Ability to create meaningful and professional relationship with the Customer.
- Possesses tenacity and endurance to handle Customer issues.
- An expert in managing resourcing conflicts.
- Ability to negotiate successfully with Customer on project discrepancies.
- Ability to accurately size up projects and determine project risks with Sales.
