Senior Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting (Singapore)

Our client is an established fund administration with a strong presence globally. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for an Senior Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting and the position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fund accounting/administration services to private equity funds clients and help to manage the day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and Review of Net Asset Value calculation and reportings.
• Coordinate investor servicing activities. Including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions, and other investor reportings.
• Liaise with clients and ensure client deliverables are met and aligned with service quality
• Prepare and review of financial statements and footnotes for audit purpose
• Provide guidance to junior colleagues
• Liase with banks, auditors, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and timely completion of deliverables
• Liaise with other teams to assist in new funds on-boarding
• Other fund accounting related duties

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other disciplines. Accounting qualification is preferred
• At least 8 years of fund accounting experience in Private Equity Funds
• Strong accounting technical knowledge
• Good communication and client servicing skills
