Job description
In your new role you will:
- Lead a planning team and be responsible for mid to long term planning horizon of production capacity and Capital Expenditure in 13 global sites
- Ensure on time availability of production capacity to meet customers demand using good planning systematic
- Proactively engage stakeholders to resolve demand forecast and supply risk issues
- Drive production capacity optimization across global sites
- Challenge and justify all equipment investment request to achieve Capital Expenditure optimization
- Lead projects across global sites to optimize and harmonize planning processes and tools
- Establish clear global guidelines and good governance processes to ensure compliance
- Generate management reports and drive for performance gap closure
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Science / Business with minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Semiconductor industry
- Demonstrate strong leadership experiences and excellent project management background
- An individual who is self-driven, possess strong business acumen and proactive with high adaptability to changing environment
- Possess strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and yet a strong team player who enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse cultures
