SENIOR MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation by aligning R&D objectives with company goals. Oversee product development lifecycle, manage resources, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, high-quality products on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Align R&D objectives with company goals, market trends, and commercial targets to drive innovation and business growth
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Manage departmental budgets and project timelines to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
• Oversee the complete product development lifecycle from concept generation and prototyping through testing, validation, and commercial launch
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure products meet safety, quality, and market demand standards
• Develop and implement testing protocols, design controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks to maintain product quality and safety

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
• Progressive experience in research management, engineering, or product development
• Leadership or team-management experience

• Apply advanced project management skills to complex, multidisciplinary projects
