About The Role

Senior Manager, Marketing & Branding

As Senior Manager, Marketing & Branding, you will be responsible for shaping how Foundation Healthcare is positioned in the market - driving brand clarity and trust, patient engagement, and growth across our specialist network.

You will lead a team overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that support both individual specialist practices and group-level priorities. Working closely with physicians and cross-functional teams, you will translate clinical excellence into a clear, differentiated brand and compelling patient value proposition.

This is a highly cross-functional and commercially driven role, requiring a balance of strategic thinking and executional excellence, with high visibility across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that strengthens Foundation Healthcare's position as a leading integrated specialist platform.
  • Define and refine messaging to clearly articulate the group's value proposition across specialties and patient segments.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across clinics, platforms, and touchpoints, while enabling differentiation at the specialty and physician level.
  • Drive brand governance and guidelines across the organisation.

2. Marketing & Growth Initiatives

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support specialist practices, new service lines, and group-level initiatives.
  • Partner closely with physicians and internal teams to drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new clinic openings, service lines, and centres of excellence.
  • Identify and implement growth initiatives across digital and offline channels to increase patient volumes and visibility.

3. Content, Communications & Thought Leadership

  • Develop and manage internal and external communications, including physician communications, corporate messaging, and digital platforms.
  • Lead content strategy across channels (e.g. website, social media, patient education, media) to strengthen engagement and brand credibility.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Foundation Healthcare and its doctors as leaders in their respective fields.
  • Support corporate announcements, partnerships, and key strategic initiatives through effective communications.

4. Digital Marketing & Performance Management

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM initiatives.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and patient acquisition metrics, optimising for ROI and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Partnerships and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities and growth plans.
  • Provide strategic marketing support to physicians and clinics, translating business needs into actionable campaigns.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution.

Desirable Attributes & Competencies

  • 10 –12 years of experience in marketing or branding within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in brand building and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
  • Strong storytelling and content development capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded, with an appreciation for how marketing drives business growth.
