The Senior Manager, Campaign Integration is a growth and commerce integrator responsible for driving full-funnel campaign performance from awareness to acquisition.
Reporting to the Head of Audience Marketing, this role partners closely in shaping and operationalising audience growth initiatives — translating strategic objectives into structured, commerce-ready campaign frameworks.
You will play a critical role in accelerating user acquisition efficiency, shortening conversion cycles, and ensuring campaigns are commercially structured while safeguarding long-term audience growth and retention priorities.
This is a hybrid strategic-execution role: you think in systems, understand conversion mechanics, and are able to turn growth strategy into scalable implementation across Digital Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Product, and Operations teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Growth-Led Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy
- Lead the integration of brand and acquisition campaigns with clear revenue, growth, and cost-efficiency targets
- Design end-to-end campaign frameworks that connect awareness, engagement, and acquisition into a commercially viable execution plan
- Develop commerce-driven campaign strategies including user journey mapping, pricing architecture, offer structuring, and conversion mechanics
- Ensure campaign structures are optimised to reduce conversion time and improve cost per acquisition while maintaining long-term audience growth priorities
- Align budget allocation across media, creative, and amplification channels to maximise ROI
2. Cross-Functional Growth Orchestration
- Act as the central growth integrator between Business Planning, Editorial, Digital Marketing, Creative Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Central Product teams
- Translate commercial objectives into clear execution briefs across teams
- Drive alignment on audience targeting, value propositions, and growth levers
- Facilitate structured planning workshops and campaign kick-offs to ensure execution clarity and accountability
- Establish governance processes to enable scalable, repeatable campaign execution
3. Commerce & Acquisition Ownership
- Own and directly execute acquisition campaign commerce and campaign setup
- Produce structured campaign strategy documentation detailing user journey maps, pricing strategy, promotional mechanics, T&Cs, FAQs, and operational flows
- Partner closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and fulfilment readiness
- Lead premium sourcing strategy and implementation, including vendor evaluation, commercial negotiation, and logistics coordination
- Ensure clear handover into performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation loops
4. Performance & Growth Optimisation
- Establish integrated reporting frameworks across awareness, engagement and acquisition KPIs
- Work closely with Digital Marketing to optimise conversion efficiency and media performance
- Present post-campaign growth analysis with actionable insights and commercial recommendations
- Identify systemic opportunities to improve user journeys, reduce friction points, and strengthen long-term audience lifetime value
Required Qualifications
- 10–12 years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, commercial strategy, or e-Commerce environments
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (awareness to retention), with the ability to connect brand-building initiatives to acquisition outcomes
- Hands-on experience in e-Commerce or commerce-led campaigns, with demonstrated ability to design acquisition pathways that shorten conversion time and improve cost efficiency
- Proven ability to optimize user journeys from awareness to acquisition, balancing short-term conversion performance with long-term audience growth objectives
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns in media, FMCG, agency, or large-scale organisations
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and drive execution in fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
