Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies, advertising campaigns and events to promote brand and properties for sales and lease – including residential, commercial, industrial and medical properties.
Develop cohesive and distinctive marketing, advertising and communication materials for sales, leasing, retention and engagement purposes.
Responsible for day to day digital and social media activities including planning, uploading campaigns, optimization, and reporting; media planning, buying and execution; trafficking and reporting of media campaigns; and support in the development of media strategies and proposals.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and activities, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Build strategic partnership, soliciting co-promotional relationships with external partners and aggregators sites.
Cultivate and manage strong relationships with property agents and their agencies through regular communications and activities.
Manage and track marketing budget.
Manage day-to-day function of the department and provide supervision to staff.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
At least 8 to 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in multinational companies or real estate industry.
Flair for copywriting, an eye for creative layout and visualisation.
Possess strong media buying knowledge and have experience working with media agencies, covering print, OOH, digital and social media channels.
Well versed with digital (SEO/SEM/Programmatic/DCO) and social media platforms, and able to deliver robust leads acquisition campaigns with detailed tracking and optimisation to improve sales leads and conversion success.
