Coordinate and follow up with relevant departments across OB Singapore, and when required, across the region, to complete assigned tasks and operational initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, Admin, Finance, Offshore teams, Marketing ect. and other related functions depending on the scope of work.
Support internal synchronization and reporting within the Operations team and to management.
Consolidate, track, and analyze data related to Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery, and other operational activities.
Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates for internal use and leadership review.
Proactively follow through on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with good quality.
Contribute ideas and suggest practical improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Leverage tools, systems, and AI solutions to improve process, workflows, reporting quality, and productivity.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations function.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
11 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business operations, or a similar role.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams).
Good understanding of business operations processes, including sales pipeline tracking, delivery coordination, and reporting workflows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, interpret, and present data into meaningful insights.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience with reporting tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools exposure to CRM systems or project tracking tools is an advantage.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in reporting and execution.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and drive tasks to completion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Interest or exposure to process improvement, automation, or use of AI tools to enhance productivity is an added advantage.
