What You Will Be Working On
You will:
1. Review Care Transformation (CT) priorities and care model innovation to inform Singapore's healthcare transformation strategy. This includes reviewing major care model innovations and pilots across MOH, Clusters, community care providers and MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT).
2. Assess and support mainstreaming of successful pilots to encourage sector-wide adoption. This includes working through financing, regulatory and IT enablers with relevant stakeholders in support of national-level CT efforts.
3. Drive and oversee Clusters efforts and commitment towards meeting national CT targets. Work with Clusters to implement the CT agenda required to close remaining gaps.
4. Drive and oversee capacity planning for the public healthcare system, over both medium- and long-term horizons, factoring in the impact of CT, care integration and inter-dependencies across settings when assessing healthcare demand at the national and regional level.
5. Review and refine our capacity monitoring capabilities and frameworks at the public healthcare system level, beyond individual settings, to identify system-level bottlenecks and develop relevant solutions to address system-wide challenges.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in healthcare management, public health, health analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic planning, service capacity analysis, or related areas is preferred.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting datasets to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
