What the role is
- Coordinate national-level Care Transformation (CT) efforts to manage demand age-specific utilisation, reviewing
programmes for effectiveness and identifying next bound solutions for the issues to be resolved
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive care transformation outcomes, sharing best practices to drive care
transformation outcomes with internal stakeholders and Clusters
- Support mainstreaming of successful pilots (supported by programme evaluations), including working through
financing, funding and IT requirements.
What We Are Looking For
What we are looking for
- A degree in healthcare management, public health, health analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic planning, service capacity analysis, or related areas is preferred.
- Proficiency in analysing and interpreting datasets to identify trends and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate efforts across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
