Implement frameworks to centralise, synchronise and harmonise critical data, such as client and partner records, ensuring a single source of truth.
Design and oversee the MDM program to resolve inconsistencies and align master data across AIC systems.
Develop and manage MDM tools and system to unify disparate data sources, improving data quality and consistency.
Metadata Management:
Establish and enforce metadata standards to improve data discovery, integration, and governance across the HEALIX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Develop and maintain a centralised metadata repository, documenting AIC data assets to enhance accessibility and understanding.
Define and implement processes for capturing, maintaining, and using metadata to ensure effective data tracking and usability.
Data Quality Management:
Utilise data quality tools, such as Informatica or Power Query/BI, to monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in line with governance objectives.
Conduct root cause analyses of recurring data quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Oversee the deployment of data quality improvement measures within MDM systems, such as Informatica, on the HEALIX platform.
Support Key Initiatives like HEALIX Data Lakehouse:
Collaborate with the IT Division and IT vendors to operationalise the Bronze (raw), Silver (cleansed), and Gold (trusted) tiers of the data lakehouse.
Ensure seamless integration of master data and metadata into the tiered structure, maintaining quality and consistency as data flows through each tier.
Define and implement metadata standards to document data movements across tiers, enabling accurate tracking and effective usage.
Job Requirements
A good bachelor's or master's degree in relevant business, technology, or engineering specialty, or related field with at least 8 years of working experience with 2 years in managerial capacity in business analysis, process improvement, change management, or data governance
Certification in Certified Data Management Professional by Data Management Association International (DAMA) or a related certification is an advantage.
Experience with data quality tools and methodologies, particularly in the context of data lakehouses or similar platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage data inconsistencies and quality issues
In-depth knowledge of data governance or management principles and practices
Proficiency in metadata management tools and techniques, including data catalogues, data profiling and data quality dimensions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
Resourceful and deeply understands how the healthcare and community care industry's function, including data collection, analysis, and utilisation
