Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Off: Friday & Saturday)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Manager, Hospitality to lead hospitality operations within a healthcare setting.
This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, resident-centric experience by overseeing dining, housekeeping, and hospitality services while ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Experience & Operations
- Oversee daily hospitality operations including dining, housekeeping, and laundry services.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, resident-focused services.
- Gather feedback from residents and families, analyse trends, and implement improvements.
Dining Services & Quality Management
- Oversee food service operations and menu planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure meals meet dietary, nutritional, and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience.
Cost Control & Procurement
- Manage departmental budgets and monitor operational costs.
- Oversee sourcing and procurement of food and hospitality supplies.
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Service Standards & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and enforce service standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections on cleanliness, service delivery, and overall environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and operational data.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop the hospitality team to achieve service excellence.
- Foster a strong service-oriented and resident-first culture.
- Ensure staff are adequately trained and aligned with service standards.
Stakeholder & Issue Management
- Act as the main escalation point for resident and family concerns.
- Manage service recovery and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, healthcare, or senior living environments.
- Proven experience in managing operations and leading teams.
- Experience in hotels, serviced apartments, or healthcare hospitality settings will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements
- Able to work on weekends as required by operational needs.
