About the Role:
Our client is a leading investment platform with a growing focus on the energy transition, renewable power, and core infrastructure sectors across Asia. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Senior Investment Manager to drive deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation across energy and infrastructure assets.
What Youll Do
- Lead the full investment cycle, including origination, evaluation, financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, and execution of deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, banks, funds, and government stakeholders to secure high-quality opportunities.
- Oversee portfolio assets, providing strategic input to enhance value and manage risks.
- Conduct sector research and market intelligence on energy transition, renewables, and infrastructure developments in Asia.
What Were Looking For
- 7-12 years experience in private equity, project finance, investment management, or corporate M&A, with a focus on energy, infrastructure, or renewables.
- Strong transaction experience and expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Solid understanding of energy transition trends, infrastructure financing structures, and regulatory dynamics in Asia.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate at senior levels and in cross-cultural settings.
