Job Description

Title: Senior Manager, Integrated Facilities Management (Healthcare services sector)

Location: Singapore (Multi-site)

About the Role

Our Client is a growing healthcare service provider, seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead and oversee facilities operations across multiple sites. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities deliver a safe, compliant environment while maintaining operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will play a strategic and operational leadership role, managing diverse facility functions including soft services, hard services, engineering, compliance, and vendor partnerships across a geographically dispersed portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities & Operations Management

  • Lead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple facilities.
  • Ensure high standards in maintenance, engineering services, housekeeping, security, waste management, and other support services.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure asset reliability and uptime.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee infection control protocols and environmental health standards in collaboration with clinical teams.
  • Manage audits, risk assessments, and business continuity/disaster recovery planning.

Vendor & Contract Management

  • Manage outsourced IFM service providers and contractors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met.
  • Lead contract negotiations, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive value through vendor optimisation and cost control.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to align facilities services with patient care priorities.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Manage multi-site operational coordination and communication.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage operating budgets for facilities across multiple sites.
  • Monitor expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
  • Support capital planning and asset lifecycle management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management or integrated facilities management
  • Experience in managing integrated facilities services and large vendor ecosystems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, contract management, and operational optimisation.
