We are partnering with a leading global manufacturing organisation to support the search for a Group Finance & FP&A Manager based in Singapore.
This is a highly visible regional finance business partnering role that plays a critical part in driving financial performance, improving profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making across manufacturing operations.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across functions and regions to deliver high-quality financial insights, strengthen planning processes, and support ongoing transformation initiatives within the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and consolidate submissions from business units, ensuring alignment with group guidelines and strategic objectives
- Lead group management reporting and prepare monthly performance reports with meaningful financial analysis
- Analyse operational and manufacturing performance to identify key profitability and cost drivers
- Develop dashboards and provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles across business units
- Prepare budget packs and management presentations, including assumptions, risks, and strategic insights
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain and enhance financial models to support planning and decision-making
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, including ROI and payback analysis
- Provide financial oversight on key projects, including pricing, cash flow, and risk considerations
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements (ERP, BI, reporting tools)
- Ensure data integrity across finance systems and reporting structures
- Support digital transformation and finance improvement initiatives
- Participate in ad-hoc strategic projects as required
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, financial planning, or finance business partnering
- Strong exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Experience in group consolidation and intercompany reporting
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and non-finance stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Experience with planning systems (e.g. IBM Planning Analytics or similar) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
