Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Manager, Hospitality Marketing to drive marketing across a dynamic portfolio of dining concepts. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of marketing, customer experience, and commercial performance, with a strong focus on delivering revenue growth through innovative campaigns and activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and revenue across multiple dining concepts
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning across digital, partnerships, PR and on-ground activations
- Conceptualise and deliver experiential marketing initiatives, including seasonal promotions, collaborations and large-scale events
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders (operations, PR, digital, CRM) to ensure alignment and seamless execution
- Manage external agencies and partners to optimise campaign performance and ROI
- Leverage customer insights and data to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve conversion
Key Requirements:
- 812 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail or lifestyle environments
- Proven track record in driving commercial outcomes (e.g. traffic, revenue, customer acquisition) through marketing initiatives
- Strong experience in campaign management, partnerships and experiential marketing
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment
- A creative yet commercially-minded marketer with a strong understanding of consumer trends
