Summary
The role focuses on leading regional field and partner marketing initiatives across Asia Pacific, with a strong emphasis on driving awareness, demand generation, client engagement, and product adoption among banking and financial services clients. The Senior Manager will be responsible for translating product strategy into impactful go-to-market programmes, developing compelling positioning and messaging, and leveraging customer, competitor, and market insights to influence business growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications, the role requires the execution of integrated campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, partner marketing programmes, and customer engagement activities. Acting as both a strategic marketer and hands-on programme lead, the successful candidate will use data and performance metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness, while building strong stakeholder relationships and driving measurable commercial outcomes across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programmes across APAC, driving brand awareness, demand generation, client engagement, and product adoption among banking and financial services audiences.
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Communications teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities, target audiences, priority markets, and key use cases.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate value propositions and support commercial objectives.
- Deliver partner and client marketing programmes that drive engagement, increase solution awareness, and encourage adoption and ongoing usage.
- Create and localise marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content to ensure relevance across diverse APAC markets.
- Lead customer growth and engagement initiatives, supporting activation, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and product usage objectives.
- Coordinate regional events and activations from planning through post-event follow-up, ensuring clear objectives, strong stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Act as the central point of coordination across regional and global stakeholders, driving collaboration and ensuring successful programme delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and marketing effectiveness using data, analytics, and customer insights to optimise results and inform future strategies.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels to drive alignment, execution excellence, and business impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Field Marketing, or B2B Marketing roles, including experience bringing new products and solutions to market.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, marketing programmes, and demand generation initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to balance long-term objectives with execution.
- Customer-centric approach with demonstrated ability to uncover market insights, understand customer needs, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, with experience working across cross-functional, regional, and global teams.
- Highly organised with strong planning and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience measuring performance, evaluating ROI, and using data to support decision-making.
