We are looking for a passionate and professional Senior Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture team.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Technical Lead Architect, Enterprise Architecture, the incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the enterprise data and technology architecture strategy to align with corporate objectives. This position is responsible for developing the data vision, strategy, and architecture, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise technology requirements. The Senior Manager partners with stakeholders across the organization to define and implement data governance, data integration, and architecture best practices, supporting business initiatives and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
- You will develop and maintain the enterprise data roadmap and overall data strategy to enhance data architecture and reporting efficiency.
- You will define enterprise data vision and strategy for architecture, application, software platforms, and shared solutions.
- You will design data structures and integration practices, defining data collection, usage, and storage standards.
- You will contribute to the definition and implementation of data governance practices.
- You will utilize or develop reference architectures that fit within the overall architectural blueprint.
- You will partner with architects, developers, and security teams to facilitate deployment of services, automation, and continuous delivery pipelines.
- You will proactively consult with key stakeholders and projects regarding Data Architecture concerns and direction.
- You will provide guidance to teams to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data models, algorithms, and forecasts.
- You will participate in Architecture Reviews to promote alignment to Data Architecture requirements.
- You will establish and promote best practices for data architecture across the company.
- You will train, educate, and guide analysts and stakeholders on data extraction, consumption, and analysis.
- You will manage, coach, and mentor team members, set performance targets, and evaluate delivery against targets.
- You will enforce and ensure compliance with corporate and department standards, policies, and guidelines.
Who You Are
- You will have a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science or related discipline and preferably, TOGAF certification.
- You have a minimum 8 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Governance and Management.
- You have strong knowledge and experience in data architecture, governance, and management.
- You have knowledge of digital technology and enterprise architecture framework.
- You are familiar with DevOps toolchains and IT security.
- You have strong analytical skills to understand initiative requirements and business value.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You are able to mult-task to manage multiple initiatives.
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated.
