Job Description

Our client is a leading global hospitality group with an established portfolio of hotels, resorts and lifestyle businesses across multiple international markets. As part of its continued growth, the organisation is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to strengthen its rewards strategy and drive competitive, equitable and sustainable people practices across the Group.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the senior HR leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Group's compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and evolving market practices. You will oversee annual salary and bonus reviews, market benchmarking, incentive programmes and benefits, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You will partner closely with HR and business leaders across markets on complex rewards matters, including executive compensation, performance-linked rewards and benefits optimisation. In addition, you will support rewards governance, policy harmonisation and strategic projects, working with external consultants and vendors to ensure programmes remain competitive and effective. The Group's broader remuneration framework includes fixed and variable pay, benefits and long-term incentives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience, preferably gained within a large, regional or global organisation. You should have strong hands-on experience across compensation benchmarking, annual rewards cycles, incentive programmes and benefits, with exposure to executive compensation and regional rewards highly advantageous.

You will possess strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to advise senior leaders and translate complex rewards data into practical recommendations. The successful candidate is commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable operating across multiple markets in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
