Role Overview

Lead the company's Rewards and People Operations agenda across markets, combining strategic reward design with strong operational governance. The role covers Total Rewards, sales incentives, long-term incentives, people planning, workforce analytics, and HR Operations, partnering closely with Finance, HR, and business leaders to drive competitive, scalable, and data-driven people decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evolution of the Total Rewards framework, including salary structures, benchmarking, bonuses, benefits, and reward governance.
  • Design and manage SaaS-focused sales commission and incentive programmes, ensuring they are commercially aligned, competitive, and operationally sound.
  • Own the long-term incentive programme, including equity grants, vesting, administration, and governance.
  • Lead annual salary review, bonus, and people planning cycles with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Drive workforce planning, headcount modelling, cost forecasting, and scenario analysis, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Oversee HR Operations across markets, ensuring payroll, HR data, compliance, and key people processes are accurate, timely, and scalable.
  • Partner on benefits strategy, competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and renewal decisions.
  • Leverage AI and analytics to automate HR processes, improve reporting, and reduce manual work.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
  • Experience in tech/start-up environments; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and managing sales commission and incentive programmes.
  • Hands-on experience with long-term incentive / equity programmes, ideally in a start-up or pre-IPO environment.
  • Experience with workforce planning, HR Operations, payroll, and compliance across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with sensitive data.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Regional / Southeast Asia HR experience preferred.
  • AI-literate and actively using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent to improve HR processes and productivity.
