THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a visionary, results-driven Senior Manager, Brand Engagement who's ready to lead from the front and shape the future of celebrity marketing.

This role goes beyond traditional account managementyou'll be driving strategic client growth, pioneering breakthrough celebrity partnerships, and leading high-impact campaigns that create cultural moments across Asia. You'll mentor teams, influence C-level decisions, and position ed&c as the definitive leader in celebrity brand engagement.

WHAT YOU OWN

Strategic Client Leadership

  • Lead key client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor and primary decision-maker
  • Drive long-term client growth strategies and expand account portfolios across markets
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and identify major business expansion opportunities
  • Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders

Campaign Strategy & Innovation

  • Lead end-to-end strategic campaign development for premium celebrity partnerships
  • Drive creative direction and ensure campaigns deliver exceptional ROI and cultural impact
  • Oversee celebrity contract negotiations and high-profile talent relationships
  • Champion innovative campaign concepts that set industry benchmarks

Regional Leadership & Market Development

  • Lead regional strategy across Singapore, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia
  • Drive market expansion initiatives and identify new geographic opportunities
  • Establish ed&c as the premier celebrity marketing agency across Asian markets

Business Development & Growth

  • Lead new business pitches and drive competitive differentiation through celebrity partnerships
  • Identify and secure major new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key entertainment industry players
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives and represent ed&c at industry events

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor junior account management staff and cross-functional teams
  • Drive operational excellence and establish best practices across the department
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex client challenges and campaign decisions

Financial Accountability

  • Own P&L responsibility for assigned accounts
  • Drive profitability improvements and cost optimization across campaigns
  • Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business, or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • 58 years of senior account management experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles within premium creative agencies
  • Experience in celebrity marketing, entertainment partnerships, or premium brand management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to drive business development and new market expansion
  • Deep understanding of Asian markets and cultural nuances across the region
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing high-value contracts and partnerships
  • Results-oriented leader who thrives in high-pressure, high-stakes environments

We're looking for someone who is independent, reliable, and proactivewith a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
