We are looking for a dynamic Manager to develop and execute a robust calendar of marketing campaigns and lead the Marketing Communications team for Paragon.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute marketing communications plan for the mall
- Enhance customer and shopping experience through mall wide campaigns, events and loyalty program to drive shopper traffic and spend to the mall
- Manage and drive revenue for advertising sites and event spaces in the mall
- Source and solicit for sponsorships, joint partnerships for marketing promotions and events
- Liaise with creative agencies, media, contractors and event companies to ensure successful running of projects and events
- Oversee the concierge team to ensure service standards for the mall
- Manage A&P budgets and prepare monthly reports
- Build and foster good tenant relations and garner participation for the mall campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Mass Communication or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in A&P in retail environment
- Experience in shopping malls, social media platforms and digital marketing preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, resourceful, meticulous, and able to multi-task
- Able to work on weekends when needed
