Senior Manager Analytics

Role Description

The Senior Manager Analytics, in this part-time and fully remote role, will oversee analytics initiatives to support decision-making and project evaluation. Responsibilities include employing advanced data analytics, creating insightful visualizations, and developing statistical models to analyze project results and monitor key performance metrics. The Senior Manager will collaborate with youth experts, stakeholders, and civil society organizations to ensure data-driven strategies align with the hub's goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a deep understanding of Analytics methodologies
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Analytics for interpreting and applying data insights
• Experience in Data Visualization to communicate complex information effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative, and multicultural environment
• Previous experience in the non-profit, youth engagement, or international development sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Analytics
