We are looking for an Executive who will assist in building data analytics capability and infrastructures to better support Paeds ACP academic medicine endeavours in the four pillars of clinical, research, innovation and education.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and review data-analytics related system licenses, including user accounts usage for department/services.
- Provide the first line data analytic support for Paeds ACP.
- Support data requests for clinical findings, research studies, education data management, innovative improvements.
- Support operational data for workload management and audits, ongoing quality management processes and decision support to patient safety improvement initiatives.
- Establish an effective working relationship with clinicians, colleagues and external agencies to support data analytic for Paeds ACP.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with colleagues and other external agencies.
- Attends all training and workshops designated to support tasks assigned.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and participate in initiatives and activities when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer/ Information Science/ Health Economic/ Sciences/ Business /Statistics / Engineering/ Mathematics or any relevant field of study.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field will be preferred.
- Hands on experience in analytics, data mining/modelling & quantitative analysis.
- Prior experience in data processing, database management, and dashboard development experience.
- Proficient in computer skills - Microsoft office applications with intermediate knowledge of programming concepts, advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
- Competent in writing, communications, good project and time management skills.
- People-management skill, strong team-player.
- Meticulous with strong organization and coordination skills.
