We are hiring a Senior Manager to lead an established function supporting agency operations within a large sales organisation. This role leads a team that handles administration, business operations, performance analytics, and event management to support a productive, motivated agency team.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Lead agency administration and operational support for the sales force.
- Establish, maintain, and improve internal processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Coordinate communications, stakeholder alignment, and crossfunctional collaboration.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement processes, and effective use of department resources.
- Review internal materials and facilitate approval workflows.
- Manage contestrelated planning, tracking, and analysis to support agency engagement.
- Lead the planning and delivery of key agency events, conferences, trips, and engagements.
- Support new business initiatives, process enhancements, and organisational priorities as the function grows.
