We are seeking a highly effective Senior Executive/Manager to join our Transformation Team in our department dedicated to employment and employability!

In this role, you will support NTUC's sub-department. The role focuses on digitization opportunities to help improve businesses overall performance. Outfitted with the education, experience, skills, and determination to help businesses take their internal processes, services, and products to the next level, you will establish and maintain close partnership with business users to streamline gathered requirements and explore viable solutions for improvements to align and achieve user needs and high-level goals with the vendors. You will also provide ongoing application support and assistance for business users / teams including but not limited to monitoring application and vendor performance, troubleshooting and resolving issues etc.

Responsibilities

• Support the formulation of digital transformation strategic plans in alignment with strategic business plans and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support collaboration with key stakeholders, to gather requirements to derive needs for effective planning.
• Provide administration support to Business Analysis (BA) and Project Implementation.
• Ensure proper processes are being documented.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business or equivalent.
• Candidates with no experience but with interest in digital transformation and meet the job requirements are welcome to apply.

Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute
