Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager to lead an established function supporting agency operations within a large sales organisation. This role leads a team that handles administration, business operations, performance analytics, and event management to support a productive, motivated agency team.

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Lead agency administration and operational support for the sales force.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve internal processes, guidelines, and documentation.
  • Coordinate communications, stakeholder alignment, and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Oversee budgeting, procurement processes, and effective use of department resources.
  • Review internal materials and facilitate approval workflows.
  • Manage contestrelated planning, tracking, and analysis to support agency engagement.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of key agency events, conferences, trips, and engagements.
  • Support new business initiatives, process enhancements, and organisational priorities as the function grows.

  • Strong experience in agency operations, business support, or sales administration.
  • Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in operations, process management, and multiproject coordination.
